REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At 999X MOON KS LLC, we stand behind the quality of our furniture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (SOFAS & FURNITURE)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • The item must be unassembled and unused.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns that are not in their original packaging or show signs of assembly/use may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be rejected.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or transit damage, 999X MOON KS LLC will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: For returns due to "change of mind," "wrong size," or "no longer needed," the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that freight shipping for large sofas can be expensive.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@999xmoonks.com with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.

5. THE RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@999xmoonks.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made furniture or clearance items marked as "Final Sale."
