SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING AREA We currently offer shipping services only within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Since we specialize in Sofas and Furniture, we utilize professional LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers and ground shipping (UPS/FedEx) to ensure your items arrive safely.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

For specific oversized items, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS (SOFAS) For large furniture items delivered via freight, the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery window. A signature is required upon delivery for all large-item shipments to ensure safe receipt.
7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at info@999xmoonks.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
